- Our safety measures include temperature checks, encouraging social distancing and wearing of face mask in public areas of the hotel.
- Sanitizer stations are prominently placed throughout the resort.
- Our staff has been trained extensively on safety, hygiene and physical distancing norms to ensure guests’ wellbeing.
- Layouts for seating in the lobby, restaurants and common areas have been modified to enable physical distancing.
- Public spaces like the swimming pool, gymnasium and spa are subject to opening and closure based on government directives. Please contact us for updated information at any given point.
- To ensure the safety of our guests, visitors will not be allowed to enter guest rooms.
- Guests with high temperatures will be assisted to local doctors and/or hospitals, as required.
Hospitality
At Indralok Palace Hote & Resort, we take immense pride in our outstanding hospitality. While we intend to not waiver from this expectation, we will, however, augment these practices keeping in mind the safety of our guests.
- We use technology for check-ins, check-outs and dining experiences as we approach the new normal of hospitality.
- Guests will be provided with e-bills for their room stay, F&B, and other services utilized, prior to their check-out. Physical bill copies will be printed out only on request.
- We are following the strictest hygiene standards in all our restaurants to ensure that there is absolutely no risk of contamination.
- Reminder signages to encourage social distancing and personal cleanliness is installed in public areas.

- More frequent and thorough cleaning of public spaces and guest room surfaces will be carried out.
- Rooms will be well-rested and completely sanitised after checkout, and before reoccupation.
- Guests, as well as associates, are being requested to submit health declarations before entering the hotel premises.
- All our staff members will have easy access to sanitisation stations and protective equipment to keep themselves and our guests safe.
- Regular health checks and counselling support is also being provided to ensure their physical and mental wellbeing.
